Beyond Growth Consultancy is a Certified Accounting firm with the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). The Firm was founded by Chartered Accountants in 2020, and has since established a tradition of excellence, integrity, innovation, and custom-made specialised solutions.

As we move toward a knowledge based economy, our objective is to ensure our clients, staff and stakeholder’s including communities are empowered and able to transition through the changing world of Accounting, Finance and beyond. To encourage talent acquisition over and above shareholder value and capital investments and allow a level of flexibility in business process that are guided by robust controls agreed at senior management levels. To ensure that there is a culture of agility in the transforming world, innovation, diversity and controls centred organisations.

Our core personnel has vast knowledge in the Accounting profession, having served as Auditors in prestigious and leading firms such as Deloitte & Touché Botswana for over 6 years. Our team has extensive experience in providing Accounting, Auditing, and Management Advisory services to organizations like yours.

Onneile Maripe, BFP, FCA

Managing Director

Onneile Maripe BFP, FCA is one of the first BICA graduates in Botswana. In 2016 she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She now serves on the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) councils. She worked at Deloitte Botswana for a period of 6 years where she left as an Audit Supervisor. She currently works as a Finance Performance Analyst at Debswana Diamond Company specifically with Treasury and Financial Reporting. She is an active International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Columnist with BICA an attempt to raise awareness around accounting standards, areas of governance and controls in the work place. She is currently pursuing the ICAEW Data Analysis course and also a certificate in Python programming language to be able to be a certified Data Analyst.

Rinomasa Kamuvete BFP, FCA, CIA

Finance and Support Director

Rinomasa Kamuvete BFP, FCA, CIA is the co-founder Finance Director and Support in the form. She is a certified ACA with BICA and ICAEW. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016. She specializes in internal audit and preparation of financial statements. With over 10 years in Internal and External audit in various industries. At Deloitte Rinomasa has an opportunity to audit and prepare financial statements for client in various industries such as Tourism, Construction, Hospitality Mining Parastatals and Insurance She is a Certified Internal Auditor and currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Rinomasa has joined the BICA mentorship programme where she has been allocated students to mentor and coach to help the students pass their examinations and complete the course.
