Beyond Growth Consultancy is a Certified Accounting firm with the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). The Firm was founded by Chartered Accountants in 2020, and has since established a tradition of excellence, integrity, innovation, and custom-made specialised solutions.

As we move toward a knowledge based economy, our objective is to ensure our clients, staff and stakeholder’s including communities are empowered and able to transition through the changing world of Accounting, Finance and beyond. To encourage talent acquisition over and above shareholder value and capital investments and allow a level of flexibility in business process that are guided by robust controls agreed at senior management levels. Our core personnel has vast knowledge in the Accounting profession, having served as Auditors in prestigious and leading firms such as Deloitte & Touché Botswana for over 6 years. Our team has extensive experience in providing Accounting, Auditing, and Management Advisory services to organizations like yours.
Onneile Maripe, BFP, FCA
Managing Director
• With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, Onneile specializes in financial compliance, treasury management, financial reporting, financial analytics, and sustainability reporting. Her career began with an internship in a leading private banking division, providing her with foundational insights into financial management. After completing professional training, she honed her expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance over six years, becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2016.
• Throughout her career, Onneile has taken on increasingly complex roles. In one position, she led financial modeling initiatives to support capital expansion projects in the mining sector, implemented Treasury PowerBI Analytics to enhance financial decision-making, and improved investment performance. She also ensured effective oversight of diamond sales, foreign exchange transactions, and corporate governance by implementing Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• As a passionate advocate for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and sustainability in the mining and energy sectors, Onneile actively promotes the integration of sustainability goals into corporate strategies and decision-making processes, emphasizing responsible resource management and corporate accountability. Her commitment to ESG is demonstrated through her involvement with Women in Mining Botswana, where she champions women's empowerment and advocates for the transition towards sustainable practices in the industry. Through her initiatives and her podcast, "The Landscape," she continues to highlight the significance of financial governance and leadership in fostering a sustainable and equitable future.
